Discovery Church operates primarily because of the more than 1,000 volunteer leaders and servants who give their gifts and energies to the ministry. The role of Discovery's staff is to equip and care for volunteers and lend support to operational areas. Interested applicants will have an active and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are able to commit to Discovery's mission and values.
